AllSwengland league leaders Badly Good were the headline exit in Round 2, going out 76–60 to Missing Link, who are also flying in the league and now look like one of the teams nobody will want to draw. The other big talking point was Mafia Four Lions RL, a Reality League side, beating Masterleague 2 outfit Chacarita 65–58 against expectations, and there was more trouble for top tier teams as Red Exiles put out CoYS FC 66–46, Speckled Jims knocked out JDeacon7 73–49, and Makrillarna came through against Dzeko & The Bunnymen 54–47. At the sharp end, Tastur Bondai Barca made the clearest statement of the round with 86–48 over Team Georgies Boys, while Gremlins also moved on with 79–57 against Alpha Athletic. Most of the Reality League fixtures otherwise followed the script, including Replacements beating Pukki Bowl FC 70–57 and Unbeatables seeing off Kudus To You 74–44, while Commitments progressed against Wills Wingdings RL 53–9 with Wills Wingdings RL clearly having one eye on the John Walsh Cup final.
Manager of the Week goes to John Williams of Tastur Bondai Barca after putting up 86, the top score of the round. Worst MOTW is Rustan of Gothatters FC with 40.
