Gameweek 24 brought high drama, as tight contests and dominant displays decided who moves forward in the Bror Lefin Trophy.
The closest match of the round saw Unbeatables RL scrape past Van De Ven Diagram 99-98 in a tense all-Reality League clash, sending the 6th-placed team in the AllSwengland packing. Mafia Four Lions pushed Wills Wingdings all the way but fell just short, losing 123-115, while Pukki Bowl FC held off Kamikazees in a 113-103 win.
Meanwhile, Tastur Bondai Barca had to dig deep to fend off IFK Harltonham, eventually claiming a 137-119 victory.
At the other end, No Kane Do delivered a ruthless 149-25 demolition of Whalley Range FC, the biggest margin of the round. ForeverQPR cruised past OnlyGuehiInDaVillage 125-59, while Real Ale Rovers ran riot with a 134-63 win over Makrillarna.
Fossil Park East proved their strength in a 152-125 shootout against Moaty’s Maniacs, while Coys FC, now 2nd in the AllSwengland, showed their class with a 145-113 victory over Calzio to secure their place in the next round.
Full results can be found below, or visit the Bror Lefin Page. The draw for Round 3 will take place at lunchtime today and will be published shortly after.
Manager of the Week goes to Andy Richardson, whose Fossil Park East side had the highest AllSwengland score this week (154), beating Moaty’s Maniacs. Worst MOTW goes to Bertil, as his Whalley Range team only managed 25 points, sending them crashing out of the Bror Lefin to Reality League side No Kane Do.
