Welcome to another Tom Chat. This time we have a full week of fixtures and another double cup draw for you.

Matchweek 7 delivered a few twists as St Ives Seagulls strengthened their position at the summit with a dominant 90–52 victory over Replacements, maintaining first place on goal difference. Champions Tastur Bondai Barca stayed level on points after a solid 66–52 win at Victorious Secret.

Forever QPR edged Unbeatables 68–64 to stay in contention, while COYS FC scraped past Dzeko & The Bunnymen 82–77 in a close-fought clash. Calzio fell short by a single point in a 57–56 defeat to Shadwell Town, and Wills Wingdings shared the spoils with Moaty’s Maniacs after the week’s only draw, a thrilling 97–97. JDeacon7 narrowly held off Fossil Park East 52–51 in another nail-biter.

St Ives Seagulls lead on goal difference from Tastur Bondai Barca, with Forever QPR just behind. Dzeko & The Bunnymen stay rooted to the bottom after a sixth defeat in seven.

JurysOut continued their perfect run with a narrow 64–63 win over Chacarita, making it seven from seven and keeping their flawless record intact. Commitments remained close behind after an impressive 71–50 victory against Alpha Athletic, while Badly Good powered to a 76–43 triumph over Atleterna to stay firmly in the promotion mix.

Missing Link extended their winning streak to five with a 68–58 result at Mafia Four Lions, while Gremlins edged IFK Harltonham 62–60 in a tight contest. Eze Does It won 58–42 away at By ’Eck, and Team Georgies Boys drew 58–58 with Team Gotland in the week’s only stalemate.

JurysOut remain the side to beat with a three-point cushion, while Commitments, Badly Good, and Missing Link continue to apply pressure just behind.

It was another high-scoring week as Speckled Jims surged to the summit with a commanding 84–35 win at Glory Glory, moving ahead on goal difference. Whalley Range FC, Beckenbaurfly, and Red Exiles all joined them on 15 points after a mixed set of results.

Whalley Range FC were beaten 57–43 by Red Exiles, while Beckenbaurfly slipped to a heavy 83–49 loss against Hoofball. Laljiland FC continued their rise with a convincing 73–46 win over Makrillarna, and Henry C FC cruised past Kamikazees 77–26 in the week’s biggest margin.

Elsewhere, Cornish Reds claimed a 60–52 victory at Bongo Fury, and Real Ale Rovers eased past Gothatters FC 57–38.

Just goal difference separates the leading four — Speckled Jims, Whalley Range FC, Beckenbaurfly, and Red Exiles — in what’s shaping up to be the tightest promotion race of the season.

TheKudostouch retained top spot after a dominant 79–45 win over Pukki Bowl FC, keeping their place in a three-way tie at the summit. ForeverGais continued their strong run with a 65–56 victory against GAIS, while Bongo Fury RL edged Whiteadders 53–48 to make it five wins from seven.

No Kane Do climbed to fourth with a convincing 69–41 success away at Wills Wingdings RL, and Kudus To You bounced back to beat Mafia Four Lions RL 52–38. Unbeatables RL rounded off the week with a composed 51–33 win over struggling Shadwell Town RL.

TheKudostouch, ForeverGais, and Bongo Fury RL remain level on points, separated only by goal difference in an increasingly competitive title race.

MOTW

Manager of the Week goes to new dad David Humphries of Moaty’s Maniacs, who racked up an impressive 97 points — proving the late nights aren’t affecting his managerial form. In contrast, new grandad Richard Humphries claims Worst MOTW for the second week running, as his Kamikazees side managed just 26 points.
