Matchweek 6 served up another cracking round across all divisions, with late twists, surprise defeats, and a few runaway wins. The top spots are tightening, unbeaten runs are falling, and a few sides at the bottom finally found some form. Here’s how it all unfolded across the Swengland matchleagues.

Matchweek 6 shook things up at the top as St Ives Seagulls climbed back into first place with a solid 85–73 win over Calzio, while Tastur Bondai Barca slipped to a surprise 73–72 defeat against JDeacon7.

Forever QPR kept their momentum going with a tidy 74–58 win at Victorious Secret, and Wills Wingdings stayed in touch after seeing off Shadwell Town 68–59. COYS FC edged Unbeatables 79–73, and Moaty’s Maniacs made it back-to-back wins with a convincing 79–49 result over Fossil Park East.

At the bottom, Replacements came out on top in the week’s highest-scoring clash, beating Dzeko & The Bunnymen 94–83.

St Ives Seagulls now lead on goal difference from Tastur Bondai Barca, with Wills Wingdings, Forever QPR, and Fossil Park East all still well in the mix.

JurysOut kept their perfect record intact with a hard-fought 75–68 win over Eze Does It, making it six from six at the top. Commitments dropped their first points of the season after a 74–52 defeat to Mafia Four Lions, who were back to their best.

Missing Link looked sharp again, easing past Team Georgies Boys 67–44 to stay in third, while Badly Good edged a close one 76–69 at Chacarita. Gremlins returned to form with a strong 79–63 victory over Team Gotland, and By ’Eck made it two wins on the bounce, seeing off IFK Harltonham 60–41.

At the foot of the table, Alpha Athletic finally grabbed their first win of the campaign, scraping past Atleterna 45–43 in a tight, low-scoring battle.

JurysOut remain clear at the top, three points ahead of Commitments, with Missing Link, Mafia Four Lions, and Badly Good all level on 12 and pushing hard behind them.

There were upsets all round in Division 2 as leaders Whalley Range FC were soundly beaten 69–38 by Speckled Jims, blowing the title race wide open. Beckenbaurfly took full advantage, powering past Real Ale Rovers 72–51 to move level on points at the top.

Glory Glory suffered a shock 67–62 defeat to Makrillarna, who finally got off the mark for the season, while Laljiland FC cruised past Cornish Reds 66–31. Red Exiles impressed again, brushing aside Kamikazees 50–29, and Henry C FC edged Hoofball 55–53.

Bongo Fury also bounced back with a 46–39 win over Gothatters FC.

Whalley Range FC stay top on goal difference, but Beckenbaurfly are right on their heels. Glory Glory, Speckled Jims, and Red Exiles complete a packed top five separated by just three points.

TheKudosTouch stormed to the summit with a huge 80–28 win over Kudus To You, their biggest of the season so far. ForeverGais weren’t far behind, brushing aside Pukki Bowl FC 74–32 to make it four straight wins and keep the pressure on.

Bongo Fury RL continued their good run, edging GAIS 44–35, while No Kane Do powered past Mafia Four Lions RL 82–46 to climb into the top half. Wills Wingdings RL got the job done 48–39 at Shadwell Town RL, and Whiteadders shared the points in a 66–66 draw with Unbeatables RL — the week’s only stalemate.

Four teams — TheKudosTouch, ForeverGais, Bongo Fury RL, and GAIS — now sit level on 12 points, separated only by goal difference.

MOTW

Manager of the Week goes to Berry, who led Replacements to a massive 94 points — the top score across the AllSwengland. At the other end, Richard Humphries takes home the less-coveted Worst MOTW after his Kamikazees crashed and burned with just 29 points
